The Makasar Sub-district Puskesmas, East Jakarta has hypertension online treatment (HOT) service. To get the service, patients are only required to download infokes.com application via android mobile or website at puskesmasmakasar.jakarta.go.id.

Makasar Sub-district Puskesmas Head, Herisianto Tyahya said the service is for consultation or question and answer about hypertension. Even patients who forget to conduct health control, will be warned through a short message via cell phone, especially those who have reached a month no control, will automatically get a short message (SMS).

"HOT service has a lot of benefits. Patients can do consultation, treatment registration until reprimand for those who forgot do monthly check-up," he stated, Monday (5/22).

According to him, every patient's data will be saved in database. From the data, there is also medical record. Thus those who do not control regularly will be known and will be reprimanded via SMS.

Usually patients will be given medicine for 10 days. Every 9th day, they will also be reminded via SMS, to re-register for treatment after the medicine runs out. "Because they should ideally seek regular treatment," he closed.
